Analisis Blue Ocean Strategy Pada PT. Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk

چکیده

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Blue Ocean Strategy pada PT. Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk. adalah suatu konsep strategi bisnis yang menekankan penciptaan ruang pasar tidak terkalahkan dan menjadikan persaingan relevan. menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara manajemen perusahaan analisis dokumen terkait telah diterapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tbk menerapkan beberapa elemen Strategy, termasuk penemuan baru dalam produk mereka, perluasan ke segmen belum tersentuh, diferensiasi inovasi produk. Implementasi memberikan keuntungan kompetitif bagi membuka menghindari langsung pesaing utama. Namun, masih ada kendala dihadapi seperti tantangan menciptakan unik industri mapan memastikan keberlanjutan keunggulan kompetitif. Oleh karena itu, rekomendasi diberikan agar terus mengembangkan memperkuat meningkatkan produk, memantau perubahan tetap relevan berkelanjutan blue ocean. diharapkan dapat kontribusi pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang konteks makanan minuman di Indonesia.
